Shipping

Shipping options and estimated delivery date are available at checkout. Tracking number will be emailed the next day.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders if the delivery address is in an inserviceable area. If this happens, we will contact you for an alternative address. Failure to respond within 2 days will result in cancellation of the order. Please ensure your address is complete, including barangay, region, and other details, as incomplete addresses may also lead to cancellation. Be sure to check the items and sizes before proceeding to checkout, as any discrepancies may result in cancellation.

Returns

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email info@thefibo.com regarding the concern. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
