Shipping
Shipping options and estimated delivery date are available at checkout. Tracking number will be emailed the next day.
Cancellation
Strictly no cancellation of orders. Make sure to check the items/sizes before proceeding to checkout. An incomplete address (missing barangay, region, etc.) may also lead to cancellation.
Returns
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email info@thefibo.com regarding the concern. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
